How to Identify your skin type

Korean and Japanese skincare products are known for blending tradition with innovation. They aim to achieve a healthy, radiant complexion and are tailored for various skin types and concerns. Determining your skin type is the first step to identifying the best skincare routine for it. Whether you have dry, oily, combination, or sensitive skin, each type requires a tailored approach to care and maintenance.

Common Skin types

Normal Skin

Looks healthy, elastic, no blackheads, no red patches and has even colour. easy to maintain with a simple skincare routine because of its small pores and smooth texture.

Oily Skin

it's usually shiny and often has breakouts. With its enlarged pores it tends to produce excess sebum hence causes Acne. Therefore it requires a targeted skincare control.

Dry Skin

skin has rough patches due to lack of proper moisture. These patches look scaly and prone to flakiness. hydrating measures are necessary to keep it moist and healthy.

sensitive skin

burning, itching and stinging sensations are often a sign of this condition. the skin is easily irritated by environmental factors and cheap skincare products. extra measures are needed to0 ease and sooth discomfort.

Combination Skin

Different areas of the face could be a mix of dry, oily or sensitive conditions (oily nose, dry cheek and or a healthy forehead)
