
How to cleanse your skin
Cleansing step is fundamental for maintaining a healthy, glowing complexion and is one of the most important skincare essentials for overall skin health. Basically, it involves washing your face to remove dead skin cells, makeup residue, oils, and dirt that accumulate overnight.

Use gentle, pH-balanced cleanser to remove makeup and dirt.

- * Ensure you remove any makeup before cleansing, as cleansing is most effective on a bare face.
* Wash your hands thoroughly to remove any dirt and bacteria.
* Wet your face with lukewarm water (avoid hot water). Squeeze a pea-sized amount of cleanser into your fingertips and apply evenly, focusing on areas like the forehead, nose, and chin (referred to as the T-zone). Don’t forget to apply to your neck too.
* Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, making sure to remove all the cleanser and any residue, especially around the jawline and hairline.
* Pat your face dry with a clean towel. Be gentle—don’t rub or scrub.
